Sunday Run

The group run will take place at 8:00am, this Sunday (5.17.09) at the BWI trail. September of 2008 was the last time we ran this trail, with a total distance of 10.6mi in 1:31:24 (8:38/mi). In May, 2008 we ran the same 10.2mi in 1:31:10. Here is to good weather.
